Refund & Cancellation Policy

Costs already incurred for labor, materials, permits, contractors, design work, inspections, equipment, delivery, or other documented project expenses may be deducted or may be non-refundable. Approved refunds are normally processed within 10–15 business days after formal review and approval.

Completed services and custom-ordered project materials are non-refundable. Unused eligible prepaid amounts may be refundable, subject to review. This policy outlines the terms for requesting and processing refunds or cancellations for services rendered by Ecomark Energy Inc.
